@virginmedia Made 3 requests & I’m still not in receipt of return packaging for the Hub & cables. Over a month now since disconnecting. How long does it take you? & had a message - if I don’t return the equip, it would be charged against my credit balance. Virgin Scam?

@virginmedia I see I'm denied access to my Virgin Media account on Edge on laptop & Chrome on mobile (not just email), despite using my new 3rd party email login as advised. Presume I only have access on Chrome on laptop as I've stayed logged in - daren't log out! This is crazy, please help!

@virginmedia Checked everything. Ran numerous times and been told no issues. Been on and off nearly 48hrs. Now being monitored by your staff for next 24hrs as they are refusing to send engineer. Lad is doing GCSEs this week and we need internet for his revision!! Not good!!

@virginmedia My WiFi dropped for roughly 14 hours last night until around midday today. It has now completely stopped working again at 10:30pm (on the dot) like yesterday - what is going on and will I be credited for this? I am not paying roughly £92 a month for part time wifi

@virginmedia One of your promised a partial refund due to your delay with installation. One of your agents was going to call me back over the issue of not being able to get various online VM services. One of your agents said my email 'issue' would be resolved in 48hours, a week ago.. Etc

@virginmedia My services have been switched off tonight for no reason! Your advisor has told me this was the collections department and they cannot do a thing ‘til the morning when they’re back in! The advisor has confirmed my payments are up to date! Absolute joke! Help!
