@virginmedia The automated questions you’re asking are incoherent. E.g. you’ve asked me details about my next bill, but the bill isn’t available to me because the installation of broadband has been delayed for so long. I’ve wasted so much time on the phone trying to deal with this too.

@virginmedia This explanation would stand up if you could demonstrate true demand for landline. To get the best deal I am forced to pay for a landline I will never use. @virginmedia charges me for the landline knowing they will never have to service me. It’s your business model admit it.

@virginmedia on hold for 15 minutes (at the 3rd attempt) get to customer retentions and get cut off whilst trying to reduce my bill. Been with virgin for over 15 years what a pain to try to get a cheaper deal. Time to leave ?!

@rwilkinson007 @virginmedia We did the same recently - and then logged into our online account and the offer to stay when you choose to leave was significantly better online. Keep saying no which the price changes during the cancellation & it’ll keep going down. Got a new 2 year deal at newbie prices.
