@virginmedia Checked everything. Ran numerous times and been told no issues. Been on and off nearly 48hrs. Now being monitored by your staff for next 24hrs as they are refusing to send engineer. Lad is doing GCSEs this week and we need internet for his revision!! Not good!!

@virginmedia It’s taken you 7 days to reply twice ? They need my mobile number to check my account. I tell them I haven’t received my sim. I tried to explain that I’m calling as a new virgin customer & that’s where the conversation ends. I do have a o2 ref in my virgin contract yes

Oh @virginmedia what a mess you have made of my rescheduled to today installation. No signal at the box installed from the pole yesterday: amazing. We need to talk about me not having broadband all weekend now. And probably Monday too.

@virginmedia Disconnection was a few weeks back. I sent proof of new address as part of the cancellation but that hasn’t been acknowledged.
