@virginmedia I need someone to call me urgently in the morning download and streaming are glacial and your own tests just tell the router needs to be reset. I reset it, no difference I want this sorting within 48 hours and a total refund for my last 4 months of bills. Thanks

@scott_expert @CazzaW @virginmedia Virgin are great - until things go wrong. I moved - for a week, Virgin called back and offered me a better deal. Even though I never used my Sky equipment, sky charged me every month for three months. So be careful if you switch.Related Services
