@virginmedia It’s actually worse today we can’t even stream on our living room tv which is connect to the hub. Also seen our bill has gone up so overall really unhappy. Who can I talk to about this as we are not happy with service. We’ve been with you for years and it’s just getting worse.

@virginmedia once again my WiFi speeds are well below the acceptable amount. On the 1GB tariff and only getting around 200Mbps sat in the same room as the router. We’ve had to restart our hub ever couple weeks and still nothing. So sick of the same issues!!!

@puddykat21 @virginmedia I only had the broadband off them, and they tried billing me after i moved to a better,faster and cheaper broadband provider. They trying it on like they always do, and they wonder why they losing so many customers. xx

@virginmedia My services have been switched off tonight for no reason! Your advisor has told me this was the collections department and they cannot do a thing ‘til the morning when they’re back in! The advisor has confirmed my payments are up to date! Absolute joke! Help!

@willstone_uk @virginmedia @Brsk_uk We went with @Brsk_uk last month and it’s great. Had a service issue 1 night but had text and emails to explain what’s happened and that the service has recovered.Related Services
