@virginmedia Not sure, there is much point … I have spoke to many people from Virgin including complaints department … nobody gives a 2 hoots … as long as we’re paying. Your Wi-Fi router is terrible, 1/3 of the house receive no broadband, but you won’t send a booster.

Is #Virginmedia the worst service provider? I ordered Pod to get the coverage they promise twice over a year ago and still nothing. My contract is due for renewal so I have them a last chance to send the Pods. Nothing. Do they set out to p155 people off?

Once again @virginmedia won't let me do a password recovery, or use the password I recovered LAST MONTH. Why does your website never work properly? If I could either be allowed to use the password I recovered last month, or actually send a new recovery email, I could pay the bill

@virginmedia i am paying nearly £100 for Virgin Media Broadband. Boasting speeds over 1000Mbps. Like fuck. Just tested my line. 14Mbps in one room and 58Mbps next to the HUB. Shame on you Virgin Media. You never respond to my calls or emails. Hey why not send me another survey?

@virginmedia Yeah I can send and receive on the website but as I say my Outlook just stopped sending at about 8pm, was able to receive but unable to send. I've removed and reset the account but still getting that same error on the SMTP side of things - Have the server ports been changed?

@virginmedia No this is not resolved and I want to send an email of complaint, where do I send this to so it gets actioned. I have tried calling to complain but you just get passed to someone else or hung up on and not called back.

@virginmedia It says on my desktop " Unable to send or receive. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection ". Windows Live Mail Error ID 0x800CCC0L0F. Desktop has an Ethernet connection. WiFi is working.
