@virginmedia They used to chase you using all forms of communication previously but this year Virgin said they sent me one email in Feb my contract ended at the end of March and then I was charged almost £200 for sky and crap wifi????

@virginmedia The main reason I wanted to be a virgin customer was for the then BT sport that is now almost £20 a month extra now , I also made my last payment on the 24 of March and it doesn’t show on my account

So it looks like I won't have internet until 2nd April even thou @virginmedia told me I would be all set up on the 15th March. What am I supposed to tell my work!? Wish I never switched over to Virgin now - the service has been shocking and stressful

I've now been told I won't have internet until 2nd April even though #Virgin we're meant to set me up the 15th March

@virginmedia Limited tv availability in my area, since 4th March and the fix keeps getting put back every other day. Now till at least 13th March. Can't record. Come on!! Reduced bill??

@virginmedia signed up for a fibre optic package on Tuesday and found out we need a council permit for installation. Had a worrying call today where the advisor suggested it could be delayed (connection date is 13th March). I was reassured when I signed up this wouldn't happen
