@MartinSLewis Having real trouble with @virginmedia, overcharging massively and despite continued chat and reassurances they're not doing nothing. Have a contract they're not keeping to. £286 over 3 months overcharged. Complaints do nothing. I'm stuck

Internet down @virginmedia in Birmingham. The website for reporting no internet is useless. If my hub says no rf signal, no internet. But when i want to report on it via my 5g phone you want to test my hub... I'm on 5g so not on internet via hub. So how do I report?
