@virginmedia internet has been constantly disconnecting the past 3 weeks. We had an engineer come out and do everything in the house, but there was an area network issue, supposed to have been fixed on 10 May, your website now days 20th May for a fix?! I work from home!!

Why is it so difficult to access any support from @virginmedia? The delay of wifi&phone installation from today until 30/06 means my disabled grandad is completely isolated, recovering from heart surgery and with his fall alarm disconnected. I’m sorry, but that’s a disgrace.
@virginmedia yet again my services are down, it’s fking constant with this BS, middle of watching a movie, bang services down, lights are stuck on and cameras are down It’s only been a year now since I’ve had anything resembling a half decent service

@MrsFleckles @virginmedia RóisÃn I was with Talk Talk for years. It went upto £28 last year for high speed broadband. Hardly an issue with them in over 6 years. I was running two fire sticks on it every day. I’m looking for a deal when we move houseRelated Services
