@virginmedia I need confirmation that you've changed the date/time of my Engineer appointment. I had issues trying to change it on my phone. Telephone Customer service say they changed it but I've had nothing to confirm same.

@virginmedia 3. Rang again to complain why i was signed up to new 18 month contract when moving but discounts expired at old contract date. 4. Colleague sent it to a manager for review, said I'll here in a months time. That took 1.5 hours on the phone

Hey @virginmedia, I’m trying to request a Wi-Fi Pod on My Virgin Media. My door bell is missing rings, my door lock is unresponsive because the signal is so poor. The VM Connect app says signal is fine so I don’t get to order a pod! It’s not fine! How can I get one?

Travels in vera T4/ now our new T5

Shame on you @virginmedia . Today we've received another bill for £61.75 and a note saying we have to return the `kit' or we will be charged £40. Even though I spent over half an hour on the phone last week explaining that the `kit' may not even be in the house now

Shame on you @virginmedia . We had a flood in our house in January and after hours spent on the phone explaining the situation, we still couldn't cancel the service. Then you say you will disconnect us in mid May ; we've had no electric in the house since January.
