@virginmedia after 6 plus calls of at least 45 mins each, promised resolutions and calls back I have now been told they will not resolve the issue unless I pay them for a year fir a help service by direct debit. It is fidgeting when the colleague Friday knew his to resolve

@virginmedia absolutely disgusting service. Cancelled in December 2023 and still asking for payment! Every time I phone, all automated and get cut off! How can you talk to somebody? Asking me for my VirginMedia phone number when it's cancelled!Related Services
