@FoxyScotsman @virginmedia And your diagnostic tool has made me book an engineer for tomorrow (which I really don't want). So many people are having these throttled connections all of a sudden so surely it isn't an issue with our router that requires a technician? Any info on what's happening?

@virginmedia has to be the worst broadband provider for having faults. Down again and estimating back up and running by 4pm 30th April!!! Don’t even get me started on the compensation. Applied the last twice and now again and you hear absolutely nothing from those charlatans.Related Services
