@VirginMedia I have just had yet another message 14.25. cancelling your visit after having waited in for you to collect your old kit today. The third time it's happened! + sent me a bill for not sending it in! Just out of interest, how much do you charge for missed appointments?

@WhichUK @virginmedia Been saying this for ages. Their Internet is good but if you have a problem, it's a nightmare. Their virgin connect app is rubbish as well. Virgin have got worse since they merged with o2.

Well @ITVX has to be the worlds worst streaming service @ITVXhelp , for the fourth time in three days ive had to pair my device . Using @virginmedia , before you ask i've done all the cookies things etc . Anyone else having problems with #ITVX

@virginmedia quick enough to email you when your bills due but can't be bothered emailing customers that their services will be down due to essential maintenance. I'm losing money hand over fist whilst there's an outage. Had I know I would have made other arrangements
