@British_Airways I appreciate you can't deal with the complaints, but is there anything you can do to expedite the process so that I can receive my Avios points? The flight was a return from LHR to Sydney, so worth a fair bit. I need to use them this weekend and I was told they'd be ready today.

@British_Airways I have a big problem. I booked a flight through an agency flying British Airways, and since then itâs been nothing but chaos and scams. I am on phone calls for days trying to solve this issue and my last hope is BA intervening and helping me.

@RRlas18 @British_Airways @richardquest Intermittently, no - regularly / daily, yes. Was booking flights on Sunday and the website repeatedly broke at the payment processing stage (wasnât declined by the card issuer) so had to resort to booking on Expedia. Seriously stressful, especially as fare likely to disappear.
