@British_Airways I do not require assistance. I need to understand is why you charge extortionate prices but fail to clean your planes before a flight and have rude staff at the gate (cabin crew were lovely).

@British_Airways Thanks Helen. It’s a shame you charge for seats as it puts nervous flyers who’ve saved up a lot of money for a flight at a real disadvantage. No WiFi abroad meant we couldn’t check in until all the seats had been allocated and we weren’t able to be together.

Also on my flight out to Orlando I was assigned an exit seat at no extra charge, so plenty of leg room. On the return from LA, I was given a seat in the aisle with no one else sitting in the other 2 seats. @British_Airways have a loyal customer here

@British_Airways getting an error "There was a problem with your request, please try again later." for 48 hours for a specific itinerary/date when searching rewards flights. was told by chat agent that i have to call but that service charge would not be waived. is this true?

@British_Airways @Travel_Up Booked a flight for 4 to JNB and then added 1 more person but somehow was booked the day later. Now trying to charge me ÂŁ343 to change. ROBBERY and a SCAM. However @British_Airways probably think they are like the @PostOffice so will get away with itRelated Services
