@British_Airways But that isn’t the answer is it! The fact is there is an issue with the app where it’s not recognising that notifications are being read, all other apps functioning correctly & the BA one was working fine until the latest upgrade. Surely the tech team need to be advised to fix it

yet to be found. What an absolute shit show. Apparently all @British_Airways flights are now overbooked. But 2 friends I travelled with who flew business class on different flights the same day, both with silver status, had no issues with flight class and collected their luggage

Absolutely horrified - not the best start to our dream honeymoon - paid for business class upgrade only to be told when we got to Heathrow that we should have never been sold the seats as the flight was already full, out of pocket by ALOT of money @British_Airways - please DM me
