@British_Airways I have been trying to get an issue resolved with you now for several months. I have emailed and spoken with your live chat bot. They provided an email address to send my details to. Still no response even after chasing. Allegedly case being handled. Tad unfair

@British_Airways Thanks for coming back to me however it’s very annoying when there are others at the gate being allowed to board with 2 + bags. Applying the rules fairly would be much better. Let’s hope we don’t have to wait 2+ hours at @EDI_Airport tonight to retrieve my bag.

@British_Airways flying club world and arrive in Dubai with a 7month old and 3yo at 1am to no bags. No nappies. No baby food. Nothing for kids. Minimal available at this time . 12+ hours until bags here. Not good enough.

@British_Airways Yes £2k for 2 of us to change our ticket by an hour #Extortion . Like so many people were done with BA. You’ve forgotten about quality, customer care , call centres- like a cheap bus service now-the lounges are shabby-I couldn’t book a through trip on line &no one to help.

What on earth has happened to @British_Airways - after their flight caused us to miss our connection, they’ve moved us onto a flight 12 hours later at a new airport. It’s now too early to check in a single bag, so we’re stuck in the sandwich shop
