@British_Airways @helverjam I want to know the outcome. My 118,000 points saved in my lifetime have been STOLEN by hacker who EASILY accessed my account due to scandalous insecurity by BA and posed as me with a different email address and put MY points into their qatar account. BA is responsible for this.
