@British_Airways Already DMed and emailed a couple of times, you keep replying with a template response that the case is with the refunds team but never give me a time to resolution. I have DMed the details again, hopefully this will lead to a resolution.

@British_Airways Do you make it a habit to fly people and then leave them stranded then deny them a refund. I feel scammed and tricked. I have asked @AvionRewards to look into it. It is unacceptable that you take money then deny me travel.

@send2gl @AndrewMcManus70 @British_Airways Connections - when I was flying to Portland, OR from Toronto, I’d get at least 4 per trip and I’d do trips between once and twice a month. As for BA, flying Toronto to Manchester return can be enough for me to get Bronze annually.
