@British_Airways Thanks for your response. I work in tech, there’s an issue with your website otherwise the message wouldn’t have popped up. Like I said, I’ve since called, it’s the other poor sods trying to access their bookings I’m making you aware of.

@FineAndSamD @British_Airways I am on 207 now and we are only just moving to the runway( 3 hrs late ). Pilot said the other plane couldn't be used because of a paperwork issue!! We are now on a old a380 with headphones ports not working. BA are a joke! My 3rd US ✈️ with BA and last! All have had delays!
