I called their central office and the response was that since I missed a leg of the 4 leg journey, they were still investigating and would not allow me board. A friend & @British_Airways saved me that day as I had appointment in the UK. I hv been on the issue with them

@British_Airways How do I forfeit something I don鈥檛 even know how to use or have been struggling to use. I went to your office here in Abuja yesterday and they said they couldn鈥檛 assist me either. Because I called BA out on Twitter yesterday, different scammers have been contacting me.

@British_Airways We have been going back & forth to see how they can convert the voucher to cash and up till date, no response from BA. I called the customer care and someone told me that if I don鈥檛 use the voucher by the end of this December, that I鈥檒l forfeit it.

@British_Airways I submitted a claim online and after much back and forth with BA, they sent a voucher to my sister in Glasgow after I had left. I took the voucher to the bank to see if I could pay it into my domiciliary account but they said I couldn鈥檛.
