@British_Airways let down yet again by the abysmal standards of BA on my flight to Tokyo and now on my return flight to London Heathrow. You ignore customer complains but how do you get away with it? No reply on my case or my email to Mr BA.

@BoldStreetGuy @British_Airways @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis Never experienced anything like it! Or the fact I can’t speak to anyone or actually file a proper complaint - using their forms to scam people out of money!
