@British_Airways is your site down? Been trying to log in but always an error. I tried to change my password, many times, but NEVER receive the email with the link to do so. Impossible to log in although you sent me an ad email on that same adress. Ideas?

Hey @British_Airways it’s been 2 weeks of trying to change my name on executive club. Form submitted, later emailed the certificate over as your system was down, 2 phones call and to find that the call centre can’t help me? Is there any body I can contact who can help?

@British_Airways Reset my password yesterday over what took an hour or so because every time I got sent a code it had expired, I've gone to login this morning to book flights and it's telling me I need to confirm my identity and change password with a code etc all over again Sort your shit out
