American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir you have the worst service ever in NA. We’re trapped in Dallas because 2 of your planes have failures. You’re not able to give us another ticket, no more flights, no hotel to stay and just 12 usd for food… that is inhuman. we’ve been waiting here for almost 8 hours
