American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

Dear @AmericanAir please please please don’t make me miss my connection flight home (2021) because of the asshat that passed out and threw up on himself in Tampa. Please hold the doors a few minutes. I’d like to see my kids in the morning.

@AmericanAir Actually, the bag was on the flight I just came in on. So it was in fact in Charlotte all night and had the team member requested it be retrieved, I would’ve had everything I needed. This has been a terrible experience. I would like my baggage fee waived.

@Americanair very disappointed. Gate agent in Indy told me he’d request my bag be pulled since you delayed my flight and I missed my connection. Gate agent in CLT says no such request was made.

@AmericanAir Very disappointed. Your agent in Indianapolis stated they would ask for my bag to be pulled from the plane as your delay requires me to stay overnight in Charlotte. The baggage claim agent in Charlotte states “oh, well they never put in a request.”Related Services
