@AmericanAir DFW has been an absolute disaster today. For a carrier’s flagship hub this is inexcusable. 2+ hour wait to de-ice after repeated delays for crew swap and a late aircraft. That’s after a complete nightmare to transfer bags off an international arrive. Do better.Related Services
