American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir my sister, nurse coming off 48 hours working at hospital, flying today to see sick parent in SC. Sister sleeping on floor at ORD thanks to no help from flt 1501 FA in deplaning in time to make connection. Having to drive to NC tomorrow to get her. Bad job y'all.

@AmericanAir they are flying to MQT and already missed any chance to get there today as planned because they missed any and all connections. The least you can do is get them to ORD today!!!

@AmericanAir emailed, but missed a connection in ORD after being told they were holding the gate for us. Not mad about the connection, furious for being lied to. We literally ran through 3 terminals and now I’m sitting here for an additional 3 hours. Awful customer service today

@AmericanAir I’m on flight 1411 and the captain is saying there is a system issue grounding all planes out of ORD. Can you provide more information on when this will be resolved?

@AmericanAir hello, question here is I have two reservation, 1st one in coach, 2nd one I am flying priority with domestic first and transpacific business. The connection is less than 3 hours at ORD, I was asked to pay for 3 checked luggages and recheck them at ORD. Is it right?Related Services
