American Airlines Problems in Ord
American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir Thank you. Our flight and others were on the runway at ORD for more than an hour. Which caused pretty much everyone on our flight to miss their connection. Had we been able to get to a gate, 50% of us would have made their flights.

Something is very wrong with @AmericanAir when the app shows 2 direct flights from ORD to PHX, yet customer service nor gate agents can help rebook me to Phx. I feel like I'm being held hostage. My original destination is TUS, but I'd take PHX #disappointed

Miserable callous flight staff on AA1779 from MCI to ORD today. On top of delays with all kinds of flimsy reasons, have to deal with terrible staff. Flight to was also delayed but atleast staff was empathetic. We pay an arm and a leg for this #AmericanAirlines @AmericanAir

Someone hacked my @AmericanAir account, used my miles to fly from LGA to ORD. But @AmericanAir will only reinstate my miles if I file a police report. AA is clearly hoping I won’t do that so my miles cannot be reinstated. Good looking out for your priority customers.

@AmericanAir my 7am flight EWR to ORD delayed to 10 and now to 12 missing my connection. I’m exec plat and you only have one desk agent for priority customers at EWR. admirals club won’t help me because I’m not a member. Comp me a day pass

@AmericanAir my sister, nurse coming off 48 hours working at hospital, flying today to see sick parent in SC. Sister sleeping on floor at ORD thanks to no help from flt 1501 FA in deplaning in time to make connection. Having to drive to NC tomorrow to get her. Bad job y'all.

@AmericanAir they are flying to MQT and already missed any chance to get there today as planned because they missed any and all connections. The least you can do is get them to ORD today!!!Related Services
