Part iii: in addition to the traumatic experience I’ve had because of @AmericanAir apparently there are accounts pretending to be customer service representatives attempting to scam even more money out of us by trying to have us input our cards so they could “refund us”.

It is acceptable to treat customers this way. I am usually not one to complain but I’m utterly disgusted. We will NEVER fly @AmericanAir again. Thanks for the great ending to our honeymoon @AmericanAir Reprehensible
