@AmericanAir To have an in flight experience, one has to actually get on a flight. Spent $150 going from Tucson to Phoenix only to find, last second, my flight was delayed--now 3x and counting. This after being double charged for baggage. Waste of time and hundreds of dollars. Shit airline.

@AmericanAir it’s 2024. And you still board planes the way you do. Maybe, just maybe, you’d make the whole fucking process smoother by boarding back to front. Make groups 6-9 checked bags only. And stop overselling flights. One day when you go out of business I’ll celebrate.

@MaxwellDieck @AmericanAir It's going the opposite way (Mazatlán to Toronto) with connections in Phoenix and Philly. The story is I am flying WestJet from Saskatoon (with a connection in Calgary) to Mazatlán. Coming back to Canada I chose AA to Toronto so I can see family and go home to Sask. on Flair.

@Citi how are you going to offer a promotion to apply for card for @AmericanAir but not provide the (approved) card information to book the flight. This was counter productive considering that was the sole purpose of applying for the card.

Hour and a half layover in MSY and @AmericanAir couldn’t get the bag on my connection. Now I don’t have my toiletries, clean clothes, or Christmas gifts. This is what I get for being Platinum Pro. No compensation and they’ll deliver my bag. Maybe.
