What a harrowing experience to travel by Orange travels. No clue if the bus is coming. Message comes for a 1hr delay and when you the customer care(after 10 calls) they pick up and tell that the bus is running....but the GPS is not working so no clue

@redBus_in I have tried to book a ticket and money deducted but the ticket was not received. I have tried in the app to connect then said we haven't received money and asked the bank to refund . When I asked the bank, they shared details of the successful deduct. I want refund.
