What a harrowing experience to travel by Orange travels.
No clue if the bus is coming. Message comes for a 1hr delay and when you the customer care(after 10 calls) they pick up and tell that the bus is running....but the GPS is not working so no clue
@redBus_in I have tried to book a ticket and money deducted but the ticket was not received. I have tried in the app to connect then said we haven't received money and asked the bank to refund . When I asked the bank, they shared details of the successful deduct. I want refund.
@redBus_in Attention required from customer service or redbus socia media team. I heard that I will receive callback from your team before 48 hours but no luck.
@redBus_in I need urgent assistance If you guys not resolved within 12 PM then refund my voucher amount to bank account.
