What a harrowing experience to travel by Orange travels. No clue if the bus is coming. Message comes for a 1hr delay and when you the customer care(after 10 calls) they pick up and tell that the bus is running....but the GPS is not working so no clue

@redBus_in I have tried to book a ticket and money deducted but the ticket was not received. I have tried in the app to connect then said we haven't received money and asked the bank to refund . When I asked the bank, they shared details of the successful deduct. I want refund.

@redBus_in I need urgent assistance If you guys not resolved within 12 PM then refund my voucher amount to bank account. From morning onward iam trying to reach you, there is no call support or chat support for immediate response.
