@redBus_in you have the worst cancellation policy. I have booked tickets today for a bus leaving at 12 midnight, due to some reason I am cancelling it now but then I get to know that I can't cancel it.

@redBus_in I have booked a seat in vijay tour and travels from jaipur to jammu. I have selected seat no. S10. Now they are giving me seat s13 which is second last seat in the bus. Please help

My bus to Jaipur has been cancelled twice by RedBus. It makes me question the purpose of pre-booking when faced with such unreliable service. RedBus's performance has been disappointing. @redBus_inRelated Services
