I had placed 50+ calls to those numbers which were switched off for 2 hours. This is harassment of your consumers. #pathetic #fullRefund

@redBus_in .. be repeated in future. I, along with a few other passengers were stranded on the road at night from 11:30 till 2:00 AM. I also had to pay for cabs to and from the pickup location, which is not cheap either. @redBus_in @jagograhakjago @amazonIN (2/n)

@redBus_in I do not agree to accept 50% refund, as I couldn't travel and had to book another bus next day which wasted my time, and I had to pay another bus operator to take me to Chennai. The only right solution here is to provide 100% refund, and assurance that such scene won't.. (1/n)

@redBus_in The issue has not been resolved. Redbus has agreed to give 50% of the refund, saying that the bus arrived 3 hours late. But there was no way for the passengers to know that the bus is going to arrive or not. We were kept in dark as all the phone numbers provided were switched off

@redBus_in Really sick of brands with no ownership or accountability. Why do I need to follow up so many times? It’s problem with the process set up by you. If you want to keep the money, be open about it and say it out loud. #pathetic #poorCustomerService

@redBus_in It’s been 5 days and I have not received the refund or any news of it, even though I was told it would be done within 72 hours. Contacting the customer care helpline says it’s been handled by social media team so they can’t answer, and SM team hasn’t provided any updates.

Yesterday somebody booked bus from bangalore to ooty from my redbus account. I came to knw this only when I receive whatsapp message from Redbus. I dnt receive any login OTP. How this can happen. @redBus_in PNR: 975736

@redBus_in waited 2.5 hours for the bus, it never came. All the numbers given are switched off, and the tracking screen shows it’s not moving. Hoping to get the ticket refund, and the compensation for to and fro rides to the bus stop, and the time and efforts that was wasted.
