@redBus_in The issue has not been resolved. Redbus has agreed to give 50% of the refund, saying that the bus arrived 3 hours late. But there was no way for the passengers to know that the bus is going to arrive or not. We were kept in dark as all the phone numbers provided were switched off
@redBus_in I do not agree to accept 50% refund, as I couldn't travel and had to book another bus next day which wasted my time, and I had to pay another bus operator to take me to Chennai. The only right solution here is to provide 100% refund, and assurance that such scene won't.. (1/n)

I have made a booking on 20-04-2024 from Guntur to Chennai with Morningstar Travels. On 21-04-2024 I got a call from Travels stating the bus got cancelled and you will get the refund. Till now the refund is not credited and I am trying to raise this on Website (1/2)
