Hi @redBus_in, I am regular user of redbus and recommended redbus to my brother. He had a very horrible experience. He booked bus from Bangalore to Pune( Departure time was 7 PM and reach time 9 AM).
But bus didn't come on time, instead it got cancelled.

@redBus_in I have booking with you from Varanasi to Ayodhya. Bus was at 6.30 and not arrived yet. I need to catch a flight from ayodhya. Your customer care is giving excuses and not helpful. If i dont leave on time I will miss the flight from Ayodhya. Help.#Redbus
