Shyamoli travels Bangalore to Guntur bus broke down in Kolar just after started at night 11 PM. All passengers stranded on road for 6 hours and there is no solution. The driver is rude and @redBus_in is not even caring. There is no other bus arranged or something

@redBus_in @redbus Worst bus service in India. I'm in the middle of the journey from Delhi to Sultanpur and the bus broke down 3rd time in middle of the yamuna expressway. The driver and bus conductor is saying, "we don't know what to do, no support from the backed".

Terrible service by @orangetravels. Booked service to Kolhapur 3 times in the last 4 months and all the 3 times the bus broke. That's 100% breakdown. Is orange travels legit or scam? Or is this a scam done together by @redBus_in and @orangetravels . Paid about 2X to get to dest.Related Services
