@redBus_in Why Is It That There Is A Problem With Travels . I Booked A Bus For Today And I Called The Driver Umpteen Times There Was No Response. Later The Pick Up Bus That Came Stated Excellence Travels Where As It Should Be National Travels/ BMCC Travels. This Is Bad Service .

Hi @redBus_in I booked two tickets from sindhanur to Bengaluru it shows 10 pm pickup but the bus driver said that it will come to pickup at 2:30 pm I want to cancel the ticket there is no option for that

Shyamoli travels Bangalore to Guntur bus broke down in Kolar just after started at night 11 PM. All passengers stranded on road for 6 hours and there is no solution. The driver is rude and @redBus_in is not even caring. There is no other bus arranged or something
