Dear @redBus_in , I have made a booking via payzap through Redbus for travel one day before by paying some premium considering prices will shoot up on the date of travel. To my surprise tickets are now available at discount price. Want to know if it is expected.

Terrible service by @orangetravels. Booked service to Kolhapur 3 times in the last 4 months and all the 3 times the bus broke. That's 100% breakdown. Is orange travels legit or scam? Or is this a scam done together by @redBus_in and @orangetravels . Paid about 2X to get to dest.

@redBus_in I ask to all 20 million Costumer of RedBus. I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Yavatmal on 11 march 2024. Boarding point was Kondapur but bus not come at that point. I was deprived of the trip. RedBus returned me ₹ 693. What kind of justice is this. I paid ₹ 1155.
