@prakashsangam @redBus_in Sir Yesterday I travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad by booking bus through Redbus the bus operators was Bharathi travels 1. They have changed my seat SU5 to double seat to share with unknown 2. Staff in the bus were very arrogant 3. Bad for redbus

I also requested your customer service person to change my seat also but no response received from both #Bharathitravels and @redBus_in Terrance Pathapathi , Moreover the staff of that bus was so arrogant in the bus and AC also working properly and poor time management

@redBus_in I booked my bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 11-04-2024 through Redbus App, my ticket no.TT5B22978407 with my preferred seat no.SU5. while at the time of boarding the staff forcefully have changed my seat to another double seat. conti.,
