Hi @redBus_in PNR: 3862754 Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Delhi is confirmed with NueGo for March 26,2024 Bus tkt was cancelled due to non availability of bus and refund is still pending. Pathetic service.

Hi @redBus_in PNR: 3862754 (Jaipur to Delhi) NueGo was scheduled for March 26,2024 Trip was cancelled on account of an unavoidable exigency. Refund is still pending. It was supposed to be cleared in 5 business days

@redBus_in I booked a bus for 23rd 3am from gurgaon. Reached the spot at 3 the bus didn’t arrive neither did the bus details through sms.Atlast when I checked the site it showed cancelled.where on earth is this a way to inform.Why didn’t I receive an sms or call for it
