Hi @redBus_in 1/4 I booked ticket from roorkee to delhi redBus Ticket-TT5T54152265 there was a mistake of gender as by default it was male and on the boarding date i got a call from conductor qbout my journey he said be ready on time ,after that when i went to my boarding point.

@redBus_in Redbus is a totally fraud application. These guys are you doing fraud to poeple. I had booked a train ticket through redbus for which I paid Rs. 257.7 but due to some issue I had to cancel it. And the amount refunded by @IRCTCofficial was Rs. 205 while redbus

@redBus_in we can’t predict how late the train will be. Making booking cancellation or rescheduling should be a part of product feature. Please look into it

@redBus_in @redbus Worst bus service in India. I'm in the middle of the journey from Delhi to Sultanpur and the bus broke down 3rd time in middle of the yamuna expressway. The driver and bus conductor is saying, "we don't know what to do, no support from the backed".
