@redBus_in It has been more than 15 days I still didn't receive my refund for train cancellation and I spoke to irctc, they have refunded the amount to you, I have refund reference number as well but it seems you need decades to refund my money. I'll sue you

My bus is delayed by 3 hrs. I have some work with the bank and i took an emergency leave and came.. Now it's of no use. @redBus_in customer care executive said to me ' they are not responsible for the delay as well as customer inconvenience' #redbus great service
