Hi #redbus team I have booked ticket from chennai to ambasamudram, my amount has debited but my ticket is not not confirmed from the app .I didn't get any confirmation message .So I tried to book ticket in another bus it was confirmed.After 5 min the first ticket also confirmed.

@prakashsangam @redBus_in On3rd may I had booking from redbus from Kalyan to Panchgani at 7:36am But I got a msg via sms from krushna travels that my bus has been cancel at 1:32am. Now pass 14days I am calling customer service but I didn't got my refund. Complaint no 25275906

@redBus_in I had to wait till 11:45 PM only to realise the travels didn’t get a booking from RedBus. What the heck is wrong with your systems. I had to pay 2000 to get a seat in another bus.
