@FrontierCorp When you have service that's been out for almost FOUR days, getting told 3 different stories about how there's an outtage then being told there's no outtage, I think im a LITTLE entitled to speak how i want when theres no transparency and being told lies

@FrontierCorp 15 DAYS W/O Frontier Internet. App says no outage, website no outage. Everyone in Hindi speaking nation says LINE OUTAGE then REFUSE to send repairman to my house to replace EXTRA HOT ROUTER. ZIP 29681 0405 12-5

@FrontierCorp When it works, it goes out about every 10 to 14 days but this time it’s been out for going on 72 hours now and if you’re in a small town, it really sucks nowhere near the speed they talk about, yeah, I’m frustrated. I’m actually freaking pissed.

@FrontierCorp Why would I trust this when my phone doesn't work with your 5G network? My phone runs like it's on 250MB on your 5G network. 4G is good though.

@FrontierCorp 13 DAYS W/O FRONTIER INTERNET and still down. phone app and website say no outage everyone in INDIA says, there is and they are 8,450miles I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE FROM SIMPSONVILLE SC. 13 DAYS IS TOO LONG TO BE W/O INTERNET. ON CS SAID IT WAS FIXED WED. 5PM

@FrontierCorp Been out now for over 48 hours, it happens every two weeks the Internet and Wi-Fi go down. I do not recommend one bit.

@FrontierCorp Totally understand that. The highway is opened back up. And your website has zero information. It actually says there is no outage in our area. Thank god you guys aren’t in the communication business. Oh wait.
