@FrontierCorp Fiber optic maybe cheaper for now. I don’t want to get rid of our traditional land line that uses copper wire. We like our traditional land line becuz its more reliable than Wi-Fi phone lines, especially during power outages which is happening more often now.

@FrontierCorp what gives with the internet outage during business critical updates? Your outage map says there isnt an outage in my area and your customer service phone line doesnt put a human on. There will be lawyers involved if this does not get resolved asap.

Why do all companies shit on existing clients and are always after new clients ? A lot of telecom compaines have started applying same rates to existing and new clients. If this keeps happening, u will not have clients to service. @FrontierCorp
