@FrontierCorp @elonmusk Frontier down for a week and not major news. Online says they were hacked and customers out and cant access customer service to cancel. Canceling and switching and calling bank to cancel card.

@AskFrontier You know what I think is sad… we had service when we woke this morning & have not heard one peep from @FrontierCorp~ guess customer service IS truly a thing of the past. Hopefully our account will be credited for our outage & all the troubleshooting we did.
