@FrontierCorp why is there no way to report downed frontier lines? You have a wire hanging in the street with no way to report downed lines due to “technical issues” if there is an accident or someone is injured you WILL be liable

@FrontierCorp Normal for outages to last days!? It’s ridiculous! I plug my address it states there isn’t an outage, internet is SO SLOW and will barely load. We WFH, it’s unacceptable at the price we pay for this service. Chat tells me I just have to wait it out. Thoughts?
