@FrontierCorp How about an email or text letting me know my rate is going up with the next invoice? I log in to pay my bill and it's higher. I'm not happy about the increase but I'm pissed that I didn't get notified.

@FrontierCorp for an email. Why do you hide increase notifications on a statement? I expect rates to increase, that’s life. The increase is not the issue. It’s the fact that you can’t be bothered to let people know using 2024 technology. 2/2

@FrontierCorp Increases should never be “unexpected”. Everything I do bill wise is online. Plenty of companies send out a little index card sized notes to let me know about it. I do paperless statements. I have no reason to go read it. If the amt online is not what I usually pay, I look 1/2
