@FrontierCorp Frontier is a garbage company and always will be, When problems occur, no one will ever solve them. They just charge you for it and when you cancel the service, they will scam you one last time.

hey @FrontierCorp how long till you finally fix the self-service access ? I'm trying to download my bill and the portal has been broken for days.

@FrontierCorp i called around 5 times and each time I get a different story one time i was told its a system update one time it was an unexpected error. Someone said that all internet is down and someone said now everything is fine. Whats going on!

@FrontierCorp what the hell is wrong with your service? I pay a premium for fiber optic service, and there has been an outage for over 3 days now!!!! Have lost 3 days of work!!!!

@FrontierCorp This is not true. You overcharge your customers when your network goes down, then charge them $150 to send a technician out to fix the problem you created.
