Urging my community to never buy @FrontierCorp anything with frontier in the name sucks. My internet has been out for a week, if this technician doesn’t show up in an hour I’m throwing all this shit in the street and charging back on everything.

Well, less than a month into @FrontierCorp fiber and they’re telling me my internet will be out until Saturday because no techs are available. What a colossal mistake switching was. Garbage reliability going to cost me my job

@FrontierCorp I moved to an area that you all do not service. I had to change to a different internet provider due to this. The agent tells me:1. Must pay a full month of service in order to disconnect services 2. pack the equipment and UPS it and get charged a $50 referb fee?

@FrontierCorp is the worst, every three months their charges go up, when you want to disconnect your service the platform never works and when you finally reached them on the phone after 40 minutes wait they charged you 50 dollars for disconnection and restocking fee. Stay away

@FrontierCorp has stood me up 3 times on an appointment to give back the internet they disconnected without any reason! now they want to know if i want to continue waiting around on the possibility they might show up, or a new appointment! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

@FrontierCorp I'm a fairly new customer (maybe 4 months) and I can tell you the speed is off the chart good. My one issue is that I lose service about twice a month for the whole day. Considering that it is still cheaper than cable.

I like how I am ONLY notified about the internet outage in my area AFTER I jump through hoops to talk to an agent AND the internet won’t be fixed until tomorrow night. On top of that I was told to check my app. Your app is BROKEN right now too. @FrontierCorp
