@FintechAlgo The reason why @FrontierCorp customer base is up is because they don’t give you ways to contact them & never send a bill if you have auto pay so they don’t have to any contact information. My Internet has been out for TWO DAYS with no way to Frelimo anyone. Service is abysmal

@FrontierCorp I know but with autopay I assume it works. Why do you not send a text and email saying we are going to cut your service if it’s not paid. I got a text saying service was restored.

@FrontierCorp After @GetSpectrum techs replaced their super slow cable line, they knocked the @FrontierCorp fiber (improperly secured at install) into the yard. Frontier charged ME $150 to send a tech and fix a Spectrum and Frontier error.
